Michelle knows from personal experience we need community to learn. We need accountability to learn. We need connections to learn. We can’t do this alone. So this is a training which allows for that. Connecting with other like-minded humans will make this 6 week experience that much more rich, relevant, exciting and valuable.
The online "live" learning and movement experiences will be highly interactive, engaging and meaningful since Michelle strongly believe that is still possible to achieve using zoom and has mastered facilitating in this manner.

That is perfect! You do not need to arrive at this training with any prior knowledge of teaching dance, just a desire to want to, and understanding that the work you do and the people you lead will benefit from movement.
If you do have an extensive background in dance and movement, you will learn a different perspective on leadership and I often find sometimes that shift can be the most challenging but most rewarding transformation and growth for participants!
