My dedicated early morning practice over the last three years has changed my life (I know that’s a bold statement, but it is true). It has given me the space to connect with myself, ponder my day ahead, and awaken my body. Through movement, breathwork, meditation and reflection I’m able to essentially, awaken my flame. My mornings were not always like this. Pressing snooze, rushing to get myself and my family out the door, ignoring the shameful brain fog from a late night of numbing out with distractions and not connecting to myself at all before the day started. Something had to change.
